However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or technical differences. 2.2 Availability of products is subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund. 2.3 The two sneaker grades offered are:

• SmartSole Grade: High-quality, budget-friendly sneakers that balance style and functionality.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 3.2 Payment must be made at the time of placing an order using the payment methods provided at checkout. 3.3 Discounts, promotions, or coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship both domestically within Nigeria and internationally. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. 4.2 Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic: 3-5 business days.

• International: 7-16 business days. 4.3 Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. 4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 5.2 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. 6. Pre-Orders

6.1 Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date specified in the product description. 6.2 If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. To avoid delays, place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

7.1 Snikas.co guarantees that all EliteStep Grade sneakers are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable brands such as Nike, Adidas, and New Balance. 7.2 SmartSole Grade sneakers are manufactured to high standards but are more budget-friendly alternatives.

8.1 Snikas.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. 8.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) purchased.
